It works. It's real. But one person cannot operate infrastructure that other businesses are meant to depend on — and I won't pretend otherwise. Here is what llmdeal.me needs next, and where you might come in.
I am looking for one person to stop this being a solo project — a co-founder. Technical or commercial. I can build; so if you build too, good. If you are the person who turns a working thing into a company that can properly take customers, sign contracts, hold money and grow — even better. That second half is exactly the half a solo founder cannot do well.
What I actually need is someone who believes the same thing I do: that wiring your business to a single US AI vendor is a real risk, and that a privacy-first, EU-resident, no-lock-in alternative deserves to exist. If that is you, I do not want a CV. I want a conversation.
I will say it plainly: llmdeal.me needs capital to become what it should be — GPU capacity, a proper launch, and the runway to support customers the way infrastructure has to be supported.
One thing worth being explicit about, since the rest of the site leans hard on it: EU-resident inference is our privacy default and a deliberate selling point — but it is not a limit. We can provision GPU capacity in the US just as readily as in the EU. The EU is a guarantee we choose to offer, not the only option available to us.
This is not a hype raise, and I am not going to dress it up as one. Read the blog and you will see exactly the kind of person behind this and exactly why it exists — no pitch theatre, just the real reason. If backing privacy infrastructure and digital sovereignty is something you genuinely do — not as a slogan — then I want to hear from you. Bring your own terms. Let's have the conversation.
A service that other businesses run on needs people behind it: customer support, day-to-day operations, someone watching the infrastructure at the hours I am asleep.
It is early, and I will be honest about that — I cannot yet offer what a funded company offers. What I can offer is real ownership of a real thing, from close to the start. If you want to help build llmdeal.me rather than simply be hired into it later, reach out now.
I am not going to re-pitch the product here — the rest of the site does that. But if you want to understand the person and the reason before you spend a message on me, the honest version is on the blog:
Locked out of Claude: what I missed in AI.
Read those. If they resonate with you, you already understand the company.
Reach me on Matrix (preferred) or Telegram, or email [email protected].
Tell me which of the three this is — partner, investment, or crew — and tell me honestly why. That is all I need to start.
